EOU Awards & Honors:
  • 2024 All-CCC Honorable Mention

2024: Played in 17 games as a freshman, making 15 starts… Had 3 shots and totaled over 1,300 minutes… Helped guide the team to the CCC Tournament Championship, its farthest NAIA National Tournament run, and its most successful season as a program… Named All-Conference Honorable Mention.

High School: Played four years of varsity soccer at East Valley HS… Four-time CWAC First Team All-Conference and Defensive MVP for his team… Two-time CWAC Defensive Player of the Year and WIAA Athlete of the Week... Helped his team to three-straight league championships, district championships, and state final fours… Was Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA.

Personal: Parents are Andrew Russell and Mikal Heintz... Studying History and Secondary Education... Enjoys reading, fishing, and camping in his free time.
