WHY I CHOSE EOU: “To be honest, I hadn't heard of Eastern Oregon until Ben [Welch] recruited me. Being from an extremely small town, I was looking for a smaller university that would allow me to run, but still focus on my academics, and Eastern seemed to be the right fit.”
