Kyle Treadway is the second head coach of EOU Baseball since its reinstatement in 2021. The Oregon native has over eight years of collegiate coaching experience. Prior to taking over Eastern's program he was an assistant coach with Pacific University from May of 2015 to January of 2023.
Treadway has two stepsons, Austin and Justin, and was recently married to his now-wife Jennifer in September of 2022.

Treadway took over the program very late and was named the head coach in early February. In his first season the Mounties went 3-39 finishing seventh in the CCC.
2015-2022 (PACIFIC UNIVERSITY - ASSISTANT)
In his time with Pacific University, Treadway had a broad array of responsibilities including in-game pitching management, recruiting, fundraising, and player development. He was promoted to Associate Head Coach of Pacific University Baseball in the fall of 2022.
Most recently Treadway helped lead the Boxers to back-to-back conference championship appearances in 2021 and 2022 as well as a second-place finish at the 2021 NCAA Regional Tournament. Other highlights during his time with Pacific include the coaching and development of 34 All-Conference players, the 2021 NWC Pitcher of the Year, and two NWC Player of the Year award winners.
COLLEGE
Prior to the start of his coaching career, Treadway played college baseball at Pacific University. As an athlete he was a two-season team captain and had a team leading ERA of 2.68 his junior year. When he was a freshman he helped win a conference title for the Boxers in 2012.
In the classroom Treadway earned his bachelor’s degree from Pacific in Politics and Government.
BEFORE COLLEGE
An Oregon native, Treadway graduated from Phoenix High School in southern Oregon where he earned first team all-conference honors in both baseball and football.
