2024 • Junior: Mitchell made school history at the CCC Championships, dominating the 4x400 meter relay along with DeYoung, Peck, and Joyce... Holds the 2nd place all-time EOU record in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:51.60... Placed 14th overall at the NAIA National Championships... Also qualified for the 4x800 meter relay for the NAIA National Championships.

2023 • Sophomore: As a sophomore, placed 13th in the 800 meter hurdle and placed 5th in the 4x800 meter relay at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Mitchell placed 6th at the CCC Conference Championships in the 800 meter dash and placed 2nd in the 4x400 meter relay... In the 2023 season, Mitchell set a PR in the 200 meter with a time of 27:42... in the 400 meter with a time of 59.27... in the 600 meter with a time of 1:34.19... in the 800 meter with a time of 2:14.74... and in the 1500 meter with a time of 4:46.17.
