In High School: Graduated from Union High School in 2018. Herbes was a 4 time state qualifier in track and field, 1 time state qualifier in cross country, 12 time top 8 finisher at state in track and field, and 400 meter state champion in 2018. 400 meter time was 57.84, 800 meter time was 2:14.85, 1000 meter time was 1:56.93, 1500 meter time was 4:41.04, and 5000 meter time was 17:47.1. Was a 7 time All-American in track and field and 11 time national qualifier. She was All-Conference in cross country from 2019-2021, track and field conference champion in the 4x400 relay, 800 meter, and 1500 meter. Was All-American 5th and 6th place. 

Personal: Daughter of Mike and Janet. Majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. She was on the Dean's List.
