HELENA, Mont. – Eastern Oregon football was well-represented in the 2024 All-Frontier Conference honors, announced Monday. The awards, chosen by the league's nine head coaches, highlighted several standout performances by the Mountaineers this season.
Wide receiver Malachi Spurrier earned First Team All-Conference honors for the second straight season. Spurrier had a record-breaking year, surpassing Eastern Oregon's single-season records for receiving yards (1,286), receiving touchdowns (12), and receptions (93). The most dynamic wide receiver in the conference, he also led the Frontier Conference in all three categories this season.
Quarterback Quincy Glasper, a redshirt senior from Stockton, Calif., was named to the Second Team All-Conference. Joining Glasper was offensive lineman James Gray, a redshirt senior from Pullman, Wash., whose performance on the line earned him a spot on the Second Team. Defensive back Jason Grant, a junior from Toppenish, Wash., also received Second Team honors for his contributions in the secondary.

Additionally, senior linebacker Juan Avalos, from Zillah, Wash., was named EOU's 2024 Frontier Conference Champion of Character, recognizing his commitment to sportsmanship and leadership.
