LA GRANDE, Ore. – The EOU men's and women's basketball teams will host 'Whiteout' night at Quinn Coliseum on Friday, as well as 'Medical Staff Appreciation' night on Saturday for this weekend's Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) games.
 
The Mountaineers will square off against Warner Pacific for 'Whiteout' night on Friday. The action starts with the women at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men at 7:30 p.m. Fans wearing white will be put in drawings for free pizza from Domino's, and a total of 10 pizzas will be given away.
 
On Saturday, Quinn Coliseum will play host to 'Medical Staff Appreciation' night, as EOU returns to the hardwood against Multnomah (women at 5:30, men at 7:30). Residents who work in the medical field will receive free admission with ID into Saturday's games and will also be invited into the booster room for food and refreshments.
 
The Mountaineer women currently sit at 13-2 overall and 6-0 in conference play, and the Blue and Gold is ranked 19th in the NAIA. Meanwhile, the men's team is enjoying its best season since the 2012-13 campaign, as the 16th-ranked Mountaineers have punched a 13-2 overall record thus far, as well as a 6-0 mark in CCC play.
