Frontier POWs
On Monday, it was announced that Chris McGinnis-Parker and Jace Billingsley were named Frontier Conference Offensive and Special Teams Players of the Week. McGinnis-Parker compiled 259 all-purpose yards (219 rushing and 40 receiving) and four touchdowns (3 rushing and 1 receiving) to lead the Mountaineers offense to a, 57-3, victory over Dickinson State. This was the second straight week that McGinnis-Parker rushed for over 200 yards. The 259 all-purpose yards and 219 rushing yards are the third best in school history. Billingsley took the opening kickoff of the game on Saturday 92 yards for a touchdown to put EOU ahead, 7-0. On the afternoon, Billingsley returned two kickoffs for 130 yards. This was the first kickoff returned for a touchdown since Kedrick Star returned one for a touchdown on Oct. 23, 2010.

Rushing Record in Site
Chris McGinnis-Parker has rushed for 1,094 yards on the season, which is 13th best in the NAIA this season. He is 211 rushing yards away from breaking the single season rushing record at EOU, which is held by Kevin Sampson when he rushed for 1,305 yards in 2010.

Two for 100
Last Saturday against Dickinson State, McGinnis-Parker rushed for 219 yards. Teammate, Mahonri Bostrom rushed for a season-high 105 yards. This was the first time since, Oct. 13, 2007, that two EOU players rushed for 100 plus yards in the same game. The last time the feat was accomplished was by Brad Padayao (195) and Travis Morscheck (125) against Montana Western.

Last Time Out
The last time the Mountaineers took the field, EOU defeated Dickinson State, 57-3. McGinnis-Parker led the Mountaineers with 259 all-purpose yards and scored four touchdowns in the contest. Jace Billingsley took the opening kickoff of the game 92 yards for a touchdown to put Eastern Oregon on the board. The Mountaineers defense held Dickinson State to 142 total yard of offense and only allowed the Blue Hawks to pass for 23 yards.

McGinnis-Parker's Day
Chris McGinnis-Parker led the Mountaineers with 259 all-purpose yards against Dickinson State. Out of the 259 yards, 219 of them were rushing yards. This was his second straight week that McGinnis-Parker has rushed for over 200 yards. He scored four touchdowns (3 rushing; 1 receiving) on the afternoon. His third rushing touchdown came to start the third quarter when he took the handoff and went 87 yards. This was also the second straight week, he scored on an 80 plus yard run.

Last time verse Southern Oregon
The last time Eastern Oregon played Southern Oregon was earlier this season. The Raiders came away with a 73-20 victory over the Mountaineers. EOU recorded over 430 yards of total offense against SOU. Chris McGinnis-Parker led the Mountaineers with 129 all-purpose yards and scored two touchdowns. TJ Esekielu scored the other touchdown for EOU.
