Eastern Oregon University Athletics

After a five-year playing career with Eastern Oregon University football, Gabe Shukle joined the Mountaineer staff in 2025 as an assistant coach, working primarily with edges.

During his time as a student-athlete at EOU, Shukle was a two-time Academic All-Conference selection and earned an NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete honor.

Native to La Grande, Oregon, Shukle earned his degree in Business Administration and Communications from Eastern Oregon University in 2025.
