EOU Football Announces Signing Class of 2018

LA GRANDE, Ore. – Eastern Oregon football head coach Tim Camp and his staff have signed 32 total athletes, including three transfers, for its 2018 recruiting class, announced on Wednesday afternoon.

"Every coaching staff in the country is excited today and we're certainly no exception," said Camp. "I am confident that the 32 young men that are joining our program will help us compete in the Frontier Conference for championships on the field and they will be terrific representatives of our program, our university and our community."

The Mountaineers will welcome three transfers this spring and add 30 high school signees from five states that will arrive on campus this fall. The northwest pipeline was in full force again this year with EOU signing nine from Oregon, six from Idaho and 12 from Washington. The Mounties also added five athletes from Nevada and one from Utah.

The EOU coaching staff is very excited about this class and the direction of the program moving forward. Coach Camp said, "This year, we continued to focus our recruiting on finding high character young men that have an unwavering drive academically and athletically."
