Shea Little was an offensive lineman for the Mountaineers from 1992 to 1997. Little earned NAIA Div. 2 honorable mention All-American honors in 1992. He was a first team All-American Div. 2 NAIA in 1995 and 1996, as well as being named to the AFCA Div. 2 Coaches All-American Team in 1996. Little was also chosen for the first team in the Columbia Football Association in 1995 and 1996. Little earned his Bachelor's of Science in Physical Education and Health in1997 and a Masters of Arts in teaching in1998.
