Peggy received her B.A. in Physical Education  from  The College of Idaho in 1962,  M.S.  Physical Education from the University of Oregon in 1963 adn her Ph.D in Kinesiology, Anatomy from theUniversity of Wisconsin-Madison in 1976.

She served as an Instructor in PE at EOU from 1963-1966, Assistant Professor from 1966-1972, and Professor of PE and Athletics Director from 1986-2001. Between 1963-2001 Peggy served as the head Coach in several women’s sports including Field Hockey, Basketball, Track and Field, and Volleyball.
