A decorated athlete, Jeff Church played for EOU from 1989-1995. Church was named a first team NAIA All-American and offensive line All-American in 1992, and earned a spot as a second team All-American in 1991. He was selected for the All-Cascade Conference Offensive Line four times during his career in the blue and gold. In 1993, Church was named Eastern Oregon's Outstanding Male Athlete of the Year.
Church received a bachelor's in biology in 1995 and then his master's degree in secondary science education in 1999. Since 2005, he has been a member of the EOU Alumni Board of Directors.
